HOW TO REVIVE SELAYANG CAPITOL COMPLEX
Brainstorming session was held last Tuesday by a few very concerned owners to discuss on "How to revive business in Selayang Capitol Complex ? "
Details discussed are as follows:-
1. All owners seem to rely on hope of opening of new supermarket. It's already more than 4 months and there is no sign . The owner of Bintang lot is believed working diligently to get their new tenant. We just cann't wait new supermarket to do wonder for the complex.
2. Ms Mimi and representatives from real estate should be invited to give their views and proposals.
3. All owners for lots not letting out should be encouraged to let out lots at cheaper rate.
4. MC should find ways to let out common area ASAP.
5. Bulan puasa is around the corner, what is the possibility of getting temporary stalls set-up in our complex with the help from MPS.
6. Put up banners and advertisement for empty lots.
7. Get the approval from Insolvency to take care of car park temporary while waiting for official auction. Security, cleanliness and lightings are extremely important for shoppers/patrons.
8. Activities and programs on week-end should be held. Cinema, Hotel and Six Hapiness should participate.
9. Looking at the possibility of private Pejabat pos cum stationery.
10. Possibility of setting up mini supermarket at the back of Bintang Lot which belongs to MC.
11. A separate session should be held for owners ASAP.
12. Capable executive must assist manager to carry out the responsibility.

VISION FOR SELAYANG CAPITOL
What is our vision ?
Reply: SELAYANG CAPITOL, a popular shopping mall in the District of Selayang.
Activities / mission to achieve our vision:-
1. Crowd puller and competitive pricing supermarket should be taken in ASAP by LTS/Six Happiness.
2. MC and new supermarket operator should work-out advertising plan to boost up the activities of the complex within three months.
3. Dialogue session with owners of vacant parcels and prospective tenants should be held like "open House". It should be organised by property agent & publicised in local media.
4. Stern action be taken NOW to recover debts from defaulters so that we have sufficient fund to rectify all basic necessities. Accounts staff should be given responsibility to monitor collections closely.
5. Tighter security of the complex is very important and which should include car park area. Performance of guards should be closely monitored.
6. Weekly activities/performance should be activated to attract crowd to the complex.
7 Long Term Plan for the common area in the complex should be drawn up by qualified person to bring in more income.
8. The complex surrounding should be brightened up especially at night. The dead tree trunks and bushes should be cleared by MPS immediately.
9. Frame work for the signboard at the complex frontage should be planned to attract advertisement.
10. A proper and Bigger size signboard for " Selayang Capitol" should be put up at appropriate place.
11. To display directory of shop lots at the entrance of complex.
