SCC 16TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

CIRCULAR TO ALL OWNERS/ TENANTS

Management Corporation has approved to-day to carry out 16th anniversary celebration on the following dates:-

12th and 13th of November, 2011

3rd and 4th of December, 2011

7th and 8th of January, 2012

4th and 5th of February, 2012

Programmes and activities will be officially announced at later date.

PROPOSAL TO MC MEETING ON 27TH SEPT, 2011. : SCC 16TH ANNIVERSARY EVENT

Theme: Bring back the GLORY of SELAYANG CAPITOL COMPLEX

Date: Every first Saturday and Sunday of the month commencing 12th and 13th of November 2011
Time: 10.00 am to 10.00 pm
Venue: SCC (all common area inside and around the complex)

Opening ceremony:
i.   A VVIP to officiate the opening.
ii. To be attended by all MC members, VIPs, representives from MPS, Press, owners/tenants, selected prospective tenants from other shopping malls and real estate agents.
iii. Press statement release by MC
iv. A tea party to be sponsored.

Rate to be paid by participants: Free of Charge for the two days event. MC to consider imposing charges for other days.
