Rental of common area in Selayang Capitol Complex

Annual General Meeting held on 9th February, 2012 has approved Special Monthly Rental Rate For Common Area around the complex.
1. Each Lot is 8'x5'.
2. RM150 for each lot per month around the complex.
3.Tenant has to apply his own licence from MPS.
4. Tenant has to operate strictly within his lot. Failing which, tenancy can be terminated without notice.
5. MC deserves the right to cancel the tenancy anytime without specifying any reason.
6. Other terms and conditions apply.

3rd Annual General Meeting for Selayang Capitol Complex will be held on 9th of February 2012 at 10.30am. Venue : Six Happiness Restaurant
Owners should make an attempt to attend the meeting to find out the current and future developments of our complex. You decide the future of our complex.
